WThis is a home-style version of a cocktail found on our latest cocktail list. It's a party-sized premix that is loaded full of tastes associated with holiday season, making it perfect for your holiday party. Save the extra syrup to use in brunch beverages, desserts, or to make another batch of bikinis.

Makes enough for 10 servings
Ingredients for the Clementine Cordial (yields 750ml)
300ml newly squeezed clementine juice
200ml recently pressed lemon juice
500g caster sugar
Ingredients for the Cocktail (produces 850ml, enough for 10)
400ml premium vodka
100ml dry gin
150ml peach schnapps
200ml citrus syrup (as made above)
Fresh cranberries, for garnish
Mandarin essential oil, to finish
Directions
Making the Citrus Syrup: Place all the ingredients inside a pan, heat until it reaches a gentle boil, mixing to dissolve. Next, remove from the heat and leave to cool down fully. Decant to a sterilised bottle, cap it keeping it in the fridge, it will last for around four weeks.
Preparing the Batch Mix: Mix every liquids into a big jug, let it rest for 60 minutes, then filter it , ideally through muslin, to ensure it's fully clarified.
For serving: Pour 85ml of your cocktail base into a cocktail shaker packed with ice, and stir lightly for one minute to cool it down. Strain to a frosted cocktail glass or equivalent, top with some cranberries and finish using a brief mist of the essential oil above the glass.
